1. The relief series offers pronounced three-dimensionality, closely approximating the surface texture of solid wood. Surface finishes include: woodgrain, soft linen, relief, leather grain, and velvet-like textures.

2. Economical and durable, easy to maintain, with a smooth surface that resists warping. Features high hardness, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and excellent stain resistance.

3. Classified as a paint-free material requiring no surface coating, enabling short production lead times for wear-resistant panels. This meets the requirements of clients with tight deadlines.

Pet

1. Extended Service Life

PET, also known as premium polyester material, features imported food-grade surface finish with modified PVDF coating and special functional additives. It delivers antibacterial and anti-mold performance, outstanding resistance to corrosion, acid & alkali, heat, yellowing and penetration, greatly extending the service life of panels.

2. Food-Grade Eco-Friendly Properties

① PET complies with U.S. FDA food contact standards, achieving food-grade safety. It is widely adopted for food & pharmaceutical packaging as well as baby pacifiers. ② This biodegradable material supports ecological protection, creating a healthy and eco-friendly living environment for homeowners.

Matte / High-gloss Lacquer Finish

1. Water-based paint technology: Back in 2016, Kebao Boloni invested 20 million to introduce coating equipment from Italy's Celfa, enabling full-line water-based paint production. This coating uses water as its solvent medium.

2. Fully-automated & mechanized production

With a 250 000-sq-m R&D and manufacturing base, we operate dust-free workshops with continuous spray dust-removal systems, which deliver superior performance for lacquered products.

Five-step lacquering process. The primer adopts UV-curable paint: eco-friendly, high-hardness, solvent-free and low-odor with high production efficiency. Curing for each square-meter coating area takes around 15 seconds. The primer also protects MDF board from moisture absorption.

Six-step surface treatment workflow. Surfaces go through multiple rounds of sanding, flat sanding, spraying, baking and polishing. This eliminates common defects such as uneven surfaces, dents, poor levelling and inconsistent colour.

In case of accidental impact after usage, paint chipping only occurs in small local areas, without warping or large-scale peeling.

Paint film thickness ranges from 150-200 μm. Thin, evenly-coloured, non-see-through substrate, and highly resistant to peeling.

Veneer

Kebao‑Boloni selects AAA‑grade wood veneer (European panel standard: smooth surface, mellow color, neat edges, free of dark spots and knots), with thickness of 0.6‑0.8 mm.

Patented embossed brushing technology: It highlights the natural tone of wood veneer, delivering solid texture and distinct annual‑ring effect. It satisfies the demand for high‑quality and natural‑relaxed aesthetics, bringing pleasant visual experience together with superior practical performance. This craft is also adopted by premium domestic flooring brands such as Nature and Saint‑Geo.

Densified vessel pores: Twelve sets of vessel‑pore reinforcement treatments are applied. Denser pores improve surface uniformity, texture, tactile feel, structural stability and reduce risks of cracking and warping. Sealing primer lowers emission of hazardous substances, blocks moisture intrusion, restricts water‑based paint penetration into pores, and solves the problem of excessive paint build‑up on open‑grain finishes.

Hand‑stained finishing: Ensures thin paint film while keeping wood grain sharp and three‑dimensional.
