A house by the sea occupies an important position in many people's hearts. It is the ultimate goal of struggle. It represents romance and freedom. You can have a panoramic view of the vast world, and your loved ones are by your side. The house that Boloni visited this time is a house by the sea in Shenzhen.

The guest of this issue is still our old acquaintance Mr. Cai Ming, and the owner is Ms. Tian Pujun, a major customer of Boloni, a zero-carbon community soft furnishing designer, producer, and writer.

Open, aggregated, separated, and integrated, each floor here is like a precise dial, and each module collaborates with each other. After watching it, people can't help but admire the aesthetic thinking and exquisite linkage behind it.
The space created by "transformation"
Before the show started, Cai Ming and Tian Pujun talked about the origin of the house outside the door.
This house is a 20-year-old building. Because it is close to the sea, Tian Pujun found that the house was seriously aged when she first came into contact with it. She therefore re-treated the house to make it more corrosion-resistant. In addition, since Shenzhen is hot most of the time, air conditioning consumes a lot of energy. Tian Pujun renovated the house, added internal circulation to the house, thickened the walls to enhance insulation, and greatly reduced energy consumption.

Afterwards, the two of them formally entered the living room area on the first floor of the house. The entire space was dominated by white, supplemented by cream gray, giving it an approachable visual feel.

Cai Ming said: "The Italian designer of Boloni once said that using cream gray shows that the aesthetics are in place."
At the entrance, Boloni designed the Como H deformed island for Tian Pujun's family. The white rock wall blends with the color of the space. The countertop remains in the island style most of the time, and when multiple people are dining, it can be remotely switched to the H-shaped dining table mode, and the faucet inside will rise from the bottom, full of technology.
This is a kitchen cabinet that Tian Pujun likes very much. She said: "It can be used for dining and as a bar."

Since the overall house is narrow, the island is designed to be slender. With the help of the white main color, the space looks expanded. When walking from the island area to the more spacious reception area, you can also feel the transition from narrow to wide, which separates the areas.
The two came to the living room area, where a large number of white cabinets appeared in front of the camera. The cabinet panels were of different thicknesses, showing a sense of layering.

The bookcase behind the sofa has relatively uniform size, and the small cabinets are combined into several large cabinets, which can be used to display some artworks, full of rhythm. Tian Pujun said: "Traditional bookshelves are regular, but I have too many bookshelves at home. I don't want to feel like I'm entering a library when I enter my home. I still want to feel like I'm at home."

Reading is a common lifestyle for Tian Pujun and her husband Mr. Wang Shi. She wanted to make the bookshelf look staggered and with different grids, and finally completed it with the designer of Boloni.
There is a hollowed-out part to the second floor above the kitchen island cabinet. Tian Pujun originally wanted to open the cabinet to the second floor, but considering the construction safety, she gave up the original plan and planned it as a projection cloth area in the future.
Unlike many girls who like shiny things, Tian Pujun's home gives everyone a simple feeling.
When asked how this simple style was formed, Tian Pujun said: "My name was given by my uncle. There is the word Pu in it, and Jun means beautiful jade. He hopes that I will be a simple and virtuous person."

This is also inseparable from her simple blood awakening experience. Once, Tian Pujun went to Rio de Janeiro, and a Brazilian friend of hers invited her to visit her home. The friend's home was the work of the famous Brazilian designer Arthur Caesars. At that time, she was studying design, so she went to visit her friend's home to learn. When she entered her friend's home, she was shocked by everything in front of her. The whole space did not feel luxurious at all. The appearance was extremely simple and close to nature.

At one moment, she had an epiphany. Even if the outside world was chaotic, she should be quiet and peaceful when she returned home. She knew what she wanted.
In the process of exploring her inner self, Tian Pujun also tried many things, from minimalist style to European carvings, to American pastoral style... Only after constant attempts did she know what she wanted. This is the experience she summed up.
Cai Ming asked: "Boloni has many customers who choose a popular design style, but find it outdated after a while. As a beginner, how can you make a design that still has a distinctive personality even if the times change?"

Tian Pujun said: "For a good work, most people often praise the designer for doing a good job, but in fact, to some extent, it is also a reflection of the owner's personal taste."
She admitted that after repeated trial and error and doing it personally, people will eventually find their own unique symbols. For her, the bookcases throughout the house are her symbols.
In the process of designing the house, she has also encountered doubts from others, but every attempt is a learning experience. Whether it is researching design or expressing with executives, it is an opportunity for her to improve herself.
Only when excellent Party A and excellent Party B work together can an excellent work be completed.

Embrace design
The basement floor is the living space planned by Tian Pujun for her children. It has the children's bedroom and also serves as an independent living room.

In the living room area, there is a painting wall specially customized for children, where they can freely use their imagination.

The design of the bedroom is even more unique. Before the renovation, the distance from the bed to the wall was short, and the thick wall also made the corridor look narrow.
In order to make the space lighter, Tian Pujun used electrified glass instead of the wall, turning the children's room into a glass room. There is a separation between the spaces, but at the same time there is a sense of interconnection.
The design of electrified glass also takes into account the privacy protection of children. There is a switch in the bedroom that can freely switch between shielding and transparency, which looks futuristic.

Back in the living room, Tian Pujun also designed an indoor swing for the children. The origin of this idea came from the swing installation in Cai Ming's home.

It seems that no matter how old you are or what kind of life you are in, keeping your childlike innocence is the lasting shining point in the elements of home.
