Our designers create layout renderings, panel color swatches, hardware specification lists, formal quotations and production lead times.
Once both parties confirm the design scheme, pricing and delivery schedule, customers pay the deposit to lock the order, and we launch detailed design work.
Step 2: Precise Self Re-Measurement & Final Production Drawing Confirmation
We mark key measuring points such as flues, floor drains, gas outlets and reserved spaces for refrigerators & ovens.
Customers or local construction crews re-measure and feed back accurate dimensions. Our designers adjust the layout and deliver official production construction drawings with marked cutouts, reserved plumbing & electrical positions and cabinet segmentation.
Customers check and sign off on the drawings, color options and hardware configuration online, then the order will be scheduled into factory production.
Step 3: Panel Production, Full-Process Quality Inspection & Professional Packaging
The factory carries out panel cutting, edge banding, drilling, countertop processing, pre-installation of hardware, and assembly of light-fitted glass cabinets strictly in accordance with confirmed drawings.
We implement a 4-stage full quality inspection covering raw material incoming, in-process production, semi-finished goods and finished products to eliminate defects including color difference, edge chipping, dimensional deviation and unsmooth hardware operation.
All cabinet panels, countertops, glass cabinets and hardware accessories are protected layer by layer with moisture-proof film, foam corner protectors, thickened cartons and reinforced wooden frames. After packaging, we sort out customs clearance documents and deliver goods to freight forwarders for shipment. We will share the tracking number with customers once shipment is arranged.
Step 4: One-on-One Online Installation Guidance, Acceptance & After-Sales Warranty
After the goods arrive at destination, customers can book our remote installation service.
