Door core structure

Raw materials: It is made from the crushed European spruce trees specifically from the frigid zone. It contains no impurities or waste materials. It has a yellowish color, which is the natural color of normal wood.

Flatness: Manufactured by the "vertical compression process", the thickness tolerance of the board is ±0.1mm, eliminating the need for sanding.

Stability: The bridge - hole mechanical board is made by the vertical compression process. The centers of each hole are on a straight line, and the wall thickness is uniform. For the board processed by this technology, the direction of the rebound force is opposite to that of the pressure, that is, in the direction of the tube holes of the board. Since no pressure is applied in the thickness direction, there is no corresponding rebound force. Even if it gets damp, there will be no significant expansion in the thickness direction. Ordinary particleboard adopts the flat - pressing process. The direction of the rebound force generated by this process is opposite to the pressure direction, that is, in the up - down thickness direction of the board. Over time, the thickness will expand to varying degrees. When the board gets damp, it is more likely to expand in the thickness direction.
